Our work together

A place for what’s on your mind.

I work with adults, especially those in their twenties and thirties, navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, identity, and direction. People in any profession or stage of life are welcome.

We can explore recurring patterns while developing practical ways to respond to the difficulties you face day to day. You don’t need to know exactly how to describe what is wrong.

Questions about meeting.

Can I use insurance for an in-person appointment?

I offer insurance options through East Mental Health Counseling. Please contact me to verify your plan and confirm the available appointment format and location. The private-pay office arrangement above does not establish coverage through East.

What if I prefer to meet online?

I also offer telehealth for clients located in New York State at the time of the session. We can discuss which arrangement fits your needs and availability.

Can I ask about the office before coming?

Yes. You can ask about arrival instructions, access needs, or anything else that would help you plan your visit during our initial conversation.
