My name is Austin, and I want to work with you.
I use a psychodynamic approach to help you better understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do. I integrate behavioral approaches to support challenges related to anxiety, depression, executive functioning, relationships, and identity.
I believe healing happens through a collaborative and candid therapeutic relationship that honors who you are, fosters curiosity, and builds practical tools for growth.
My background is informed by both psychotherapy and spiritual direction. I hold both a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a master’s degree in Spiritual Formation & Soul Care.

My academic background and training bridge traditional clinical psychology, counseling, and contemplative meditation. This allows me to approach therapy in a way that values practical change and deep self-understanding.
My work integrates psychodynamic insight, relational therapy, and evidence-based techniques to support you in whatever is going on in your life.
