My name is Austin, and I want to help you through whatever you may be struggling with today.
My background is informed by both psychotherapy and spiritual direction. I hold both a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a master’s degree in Spiritual Formation & Soul Care.
I use a psychodynamic approach to help you better understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do, while integrating behavioral approaches to support challenges related to anxiety, depression, executive functioning, relationships, and identity.
I believe healing happens through a collaborative and candid therapeutic relationship that honors who you are, fosters curiosity, and builds practical tools for growth.
